After spending 10 years with the Army Corps of Engineers, Tom joined Daniel J. Keating Company in 1996. As Head of Operations, his responsibilities include assignment and management of all project managers, superintendents and field personnel. Tom sets the bar on project management procedures, fiscal responsibility for all assigned projects, and review of all project construction schedules. He is the executive-level liaison for client, contractor & subcontractor relations.

Tom received his BS in Civil Engineering from Drexel University, and is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Pennsylvania. He received the Army Corps’ Philadelphia District Award for Engineering Excellence in 1995.
