Joe Maloney has been with Daniel J. Keating Company since 1989, when he joined the firm as Controller. In his role as Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer, Joe’s responsibilities include management of the Accounting Department, including data processing, insurance risk management, cash management, and surety relations. Joe is also responsible for the preparation and administration of all subcontracts, negotiation of contracts with owners, and for the management of project budgets.
