John joined Daniel J. Keating Company in 1995. As Chief Estimator, his primary responsibilities include management and supervision of all estimating staff, oversight and management of all bids & estimating activities, including conceptual and pre-construction estimating.

John is a member of the American Society of Professional Estimators, an associate member of the Philadelphia AIA, and a member of the National Trust for Historic Preservation. He holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Accounting from Temple University.
