Today’s Daniel J. Keating Company was incorporated in 1989 to provide our clients with high-quality, project-focused general contracting and construction management services. Under the leadership of Pierce Keating and Steve McKendrick, we currently employ over 100 individuals in both field and office, and put in place approximately $100,000,000 in construction per year, to a wide variety of clients.
Recent projects of note include the restoration of Philadelphia City Hall’s exterior envelope, several restoration and construction projects at Independence Mall Park, the extensive renovation of Philadelphia’s Suburban Station Transit Center, Microsoft School of the Future, relocation of the Please Touch Museum, and several major expansion projects at Philadelphia International Airport.
