Neumann College, a Catholic coeducational institution between Philadelphia and Wilmington, Delaware, educates a diverse population of students in a scholarly, supportive, and caring environment. In 2002, Daniel J. Keating Company added a high-tech dormitory called the Living and Learning Center to the 50-acre campus. The 48,000-square-foot Living and Learning Center is designed to provide a state-of-the-art residential experience, with a focus on education within a real-world living environment. Technologically smart, the center connects students to both faculty and friends via the Internet, which is available in every suite and apartment. The center also houses a separate computer lab, a fitness center, a reflection room, study rooms with warming kitchens for group study or meetings, and a laundry.
