The Tides at Seaboard Point on the Jersey Shore is a community of four luxury condominium buildings of 77,000 square feet each, totally 96 apartment units. Surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean on one side and Hereford Inlet on the other, the four-story units range in size from 1,960 square feet to 2,531 square feet. Each features three or four bedrooms, two or three baths and garage parking for one car. The condominiums surround the 24,000-square-foot Clubhouse, which features a state-of-the-art fitness center, tennis court, outdoor pool and volleyball court.
