Located in historic Lower Merion Township on the prestigious Main Line of Philadelphia, Ardmore Crossing is a new apartment complex for active seniors. Daniel J. Keating Company demolished a former PECO service facility and transformed the site into a mixed-use residential community close to shopping, dining, and public transportation. Ardmore Crossing includes a three-story, 50,000-square-foot building with 53 one-bedroom affordable rental units of 750 square feet each. Special amenities include a comfortable lounge, community function room, administrative offices on the ground floor, and individual parking garages.
